How do I place my order?
You can place you order via the events form by selecting the event and product then entering the number of items. You will then need to enter your personal details, and payment information.
Once you press submit we will take your order and resupply you with a confirmation email. Please see delivery and shipping for more information.
Is the site secure?
Any personal information given provided to Riverlands Polo Club will be protected. Any Personally
Identifiable InformaTion will not be disclosed to any third parties. Any Insight server will secure your
personal informaTion with up‐to‐date firewall and encryption techniques during the ordering process.
In order to protect customers to the fullest extent, Riverlands Polo Club does not store your credit card
information at any time.
Added online security to protect your personal informaTion from unauthorized use is provided by using
advanced SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption.
How can I pay for my order?
Riverlands Polo Club only accepts Credit or Debit Cards for payment online.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. Only Debit Cards backed by a Credit Card
company listed above (Visa, Mastercard, etc.) can be accepted. We do not accept Switch, Electron, Maestro
and some other international debit cards. Credit Card gift cards are also not an accepted form of payment.
Our website features an SSL secure connection during the transaction keeping your informaTion secure and
private. Please note that the charge on your statement will appear “Riverlands Polo Club Pty Ltd”.
Do you accept Paypal as a form of payment?
Unfortunately we have no immediate plans to offer PayPal as a payment option. PayPal is not supported by
our merchant account and also does not offer the level of fraud protection we require.
How do I cancel or make changes to my order?
If you need to cancel your order, please contact MAIL@RIVERLANDSPOLO.COM immediately.
Changes can only be made if your request is answered before your order is processed. Depending on
demand, we may or may not be able to make your requested change. Once your order is processed or
shipped, no changes can be made.
How do I add items to my order?
We are unable to add to any order since we don’t store credit card informaTion You will have to place a new
order for any additional items.
What can I do if I emailed Customer Service and no one has responded?
Likely we did receive your email and have already responded. Some emails providers mark our emails as
spam or completely block them. Check your spam folder to see if our response is there. It may also be a
good idea to add Mail@riverlandspolo.com to your contacts so future emails are not blocked.
During sales or high demand times, our customer service may be a bit backed up. If you sent an email and
haven’t heard back from us within 3 business days, feel free to send a follow up email.
How much will shipping cost me?
Costs vary based on ship location, the weight of the items in your order and the ship method chosen. To
determine the cost of shipping, simply add the items you wish to order to your cart and proceed to the
second page of the shipping step. In this step, you will see how much it will cost you to ship with all
available shipping methods without having to place an order.
Custom fees and addiTional fees may apply for internaTional shipments. Please contact your local customs

How long will my order take to arrive?
Pending the date of purchase prior to the event date, you will be advised whether to collect your tickets at
the event or whether the tickets will be posted to you.
If you have received a shipping confirmation email, your order has been shipped from our warehouse.
